India Takes Down Pakistan at UNHRC: Terror, Lies & Handouts

Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi slams Pakistan at UNHRC for spreading falsehoods on Kashmir and supporting terrorism.
India calls out Pakistan’s falsehoods at UNHRC, highlighting its terror sponsorship and failed governance while showcasing J&K’s progress.

Diplomat Kshitij Tyagi Exposes Pakistan’s Lies, Terror Links & Human Rights Violations – At the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), India unleashed a scathing rebuttal to Pakistan’s “baseless and malicious” claims on Kashmir. Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi accused Pakistan of running a military-terrorist propaganda machine, misusing the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) as its personal mouthpiece, and attempting to derail Kashmir’s peace.

“Pakistan’s so-called leaders parrot lies scripted by its military-terrorist complex. It is making a mockery of the OIC by using it as a loudspeaker. Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh will forever be integral parts of India.” — Kshitij Tyagi, Indian Diplomat at UNHRC

Jammu & Kashmir: Rapid Development Since 2019

Tyagi demolished Pakistan’s rhetoric by showcasing J&K’s socio-economic boom since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.

  • Economy: J&K’s GDP surged by 15% in five years
  • Tourism: Record-breaking 2.1 crore tourists visited in 2024
  • Infrastructure: Over 1,500 km of roads built, boosting connectivity
  • Education: 100+ new schools and colleges established since 2019

‘Global Terror Hub’: India Calls Out Pakistan’s Hypocrisy

India shredded Pakistan’s double standards on human rights, highlighting its persecution of minorities, state-sponsored extremism, and sheltering of UN-designated terrorists.

“Pakistan thrives on religious persecution, collapsing democracy, and exporting terror. It has no moral right to preach about human rights.”

Tyagi urged Islamabad to fix its own governance mess instead of obsessing over India, calling out its collapsing economy, skyrocketing debt ($130 billion), and international isolation.

‘A Failed State Running on Foreign Aid’

Tyagi labeled Pakistan a “failed state that survives on instability and foreign handouts” and accused its government of displaying incompetence, hypocrisy, and inhumanity.

“This Council’s time is wasted by a country living off foreign loans and IMF bailouts. India is focused on democracy, progress, and dignity—values Pakistan should learn from.”

India’s Tough Stand Against Pakistan’s Terror Machinery

Backing Tyagi’s remarks, India’s UN Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish exposed Pakistan’s harboring of over 20 UN-listed terror groups.

“Pakistan is the global epicenter of terrorism. Groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba operate with state protection. It’s laughable when Pakistan claims to fight terror while sheltering terrorists.”
