Apple Inc. is all geared up to set in motion its own personalized online store to sell various Apple products. The website is all set to hit the world wide web in India on September 23, 2020. The festive season just has begun with this novel announcement from Apple.
Previously the products were available only on third-party e-commerce websites such as Amazon Inc. and the Wal-Mart subsidiary Flipkart. It is a decent move by the Apple company to set up a dedicated platform in India exclusively for their Apple products. The website is said to service customers in English and Hindi dialects.
There is also an added option for getting engraved iPads, and other Apple merchandise in their regional languages. Looks like Apple Inc. is going out of their way to show some love and care for their Indian users. The company congregates some of its products like the iPhone 11 at Foxconn and Wistron’s plants in two southern states.
With the economy facing a downward spiral due to this pandemic, this bold move may bring forward some consumers to invest in the electronics and communication market. Apart from the mainstream categories, Apple has introduced an AI fitness service this week to nurture and help those who are stuck at home juggling between work, family, and other recreational activities.
Since the option of going out and chilling is ruled out, it gives a lot of idle time. Apple Inc’s Apple One with a wad of its services caters to the needs of fitness freaks who have been tied up ever since the lockdown.
