Cloie Skarne took to Instagram to post a picture of her and her long-time boyfriend Fredrick Hill to announce their engagement on September 17. The caption read: “We are engaged” and wishes from colleagues and friends poured in on the post’s comment box.
Reportedly, Hill had proposed to her on their fifth anniversary of togetherness at the Stockholm Grand Hotel that Cloie had also booked secretly for his upcoming birthday celebrations. Her post says that they are planning for a summer wedding in the coming year probably in their home-country, Sweden. She also plans her bridesmaids’’ dresses to be made in the Philippines. Her half-sister actress KC Concepcion was quick to congratulate her on social media.
Cloie is Swedish actor Gabby Concepcion and his former wife, actress Jenny Syquia’s daughter. A long time model, she represented her country Sweden in the Miss Universe 2016 and became one of the finalists in Miss Earth beauty pageant the same year in Manila. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from Stockholm university
Cloie’s mother, Jenny Syquia also posted the news of her daughter’s engagement to Fredrick hill. The post said: “ They’re engaged! Beyond happy for Cloie and Fredrick! Filip and I are so happy that Fredrick is a part of our family! He is an absolute gentleman, intelligent and kind, and loves our daughter very much! Two beautiful sous have found each other!”
