The psychological warfare in the Line of Actual Control (LAC) is in full swing as the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) has been continuously paradropping armoured personal carriers and artillery guns near LAC. A former Indian Army Chief raised a question regarding PLA’s activity of paradropping military hardware when the Chinese army had already built roads to their last posts on the perceived LAC border.
Furthermore, the 7th military commanders meeting is to be held on October 12 in Ladakh where India decides to wait upon the Chinese response after India has rejected Beijing’s unilateral 1959 claim on its perception of LAC at a diplomatic meeting on September 30. The Indian diplomats expect the opponents to come up with a clear position on the LAC perception that will help in resolving the current stand-off at six friction points across Ladakh.
