Rajnath Singh assures no budget cut in border management and criticises Pakistan and China for border dispute

Today on an online event Rajnath Singh accused China and Pakistan to be willingly interfering with the borders of India that is 7,700 km in total. The core objective of this online event to inaugurate 44 bridges by the Minister of Defense, Rajnath Singh, is also a 450-meter long tunnel that ensures constant secure connectivity along Nepichu pass that is the Nechiphu Tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh.

In Jammu and Kashmir, there are already 10 bridges, 8 in Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh, 4 in Sikkim and Punjab, and 2 in Himachal Pradesh, respectively.

Over the times, Singh lauded the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for developing connectivity and providing better infrastructure, and also, he listed a budget of 11,000 crores in 2021-2021 for BRO which is a considerable increase from the UPA government. In the last two years, BRO has cut 2,200 km of roads. Darcha in Himachal Pradesh should be connected to Ladakh in a criss-cross manner.
